Are the products sold at Battuna original?
The products sold at Battuna are all 100% original, purchased directly from the brand's suppliers, licensees or official distributors. We personally verify the authenticity and provenance of each product.
What happens if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery?

With DHL, depending on the chosen service, the courier will try 3 times to deliver or take the products to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order.

All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice to the recipient with instructions on how to proceed to collect the order.

How long does my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the country of delivery and the courier selected.
We have 3 shipping options available:

BASE - Delivery in 4-8 working days

STANDARD - Delivery in 3-5 working days

EXPRESS - Delivery in 2-3 working days

When can I make a return request?

You can request the return of one or more products within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. Battuna is only responsible for returns in case of defective or incorrect products.

What payment methods are available?

The following payment options are available: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, MBWay, Multibanco Reference and PayShop.

In the case of the Multibanco Reference, after the payment reference is issued, you have a period of 24 hours to proceed with the payment, after which your order is cancelled.
